About xHeal

We built xHeal to help you keep your health history together, understand changes and prepare for conversations with your care team.

Important details shouldn't disappear between appointments.

A lab result arrives. Symptoms change. You try a different routine. By the next appointment, there can be a lot to remember. xHeal gives those details a place in your health history.

For you

Personal experiences shaped the product. Our responsibility is to make its sources, sharing choices and limits clear. Founder stories describe individual experiences; they are not clinical validation.

How xHeal got here

  1. July 20, 2026

xHeal v2 launches on iOS in the EU and USA.

The new experience brings Today's Snapshot, routines, Timeline, chat, wellness reports, nutrition, workouts, and mindfulness together in one app.

  2. June 2026

The core journeys become unified and repeatable.

Onboarding became resumable, while Timeline gained search, filters, uploads, processing states, and health trackers. Privacy-filtered analytics were added to show where journeys needed improvement.

  3. May 15, 2026

A personal recovery shapes the Workout App.

While recovering from his fourth knee surgery, Kalin Stoev began implementing a Personal Trainer inside xHeal's Workout App, initially building around what he needed himself. That personal starting point helped shape a workout experience designed around each person's recovery needs, current readiness, and path back to movement.

  4. Early May 2026

xHeal begins working with wellness clinics.

We are working with wellness clinics to bring xHeal into their programs. Their real-world expertise helps us improve xHeal, while personalized digital support helps clinics create a more connected experience for their guests.

Today's Snapshot brings the daily experience together.

Body, Mind, and Food appeared in one view, supported by reproducible routines based on pace, selected conditions, and enabled health areas.

  6. April 2026

Nutrition, workouts, and mindfulness become dedicated experiences.

xHeal gained meal logging and planning, readiness-aware workouts, guided breathing, mood check-ins, and activity history.

  7. April 2026

US doctors and xHeal users begin structured product pilots.

Interest in Doctor Ready and Health Gaps led to structured pilots with US physicians and participating xHeal users. Together, we began evaluating how xHeal could help people organize their health context before appointments and identify missing information for more prepared care conversations.

  8. March 2026

    Health data becomes connected context.

Apple Health history and live wellness indicators were connected with documents, reports, flare-up insights, and confirmable chat actions.

  9. February 2026

    Onboarding becomes one coordinated journey.

Profile details, goals, Health access, preferences, and account setup were brought into a single completion flow behind the scenes.

  10. January 2026

Four years of exploring his health.

Trifon describes four years of reading medical literature and investigating his symptoms. He says learning about dysbiosis, an imbalance in gut bacteria, was an important part of his recovery. This is his personal experience, not evidence that xHeal can identify a cause or produce the same outcome for others.

  22. September 19, 2019

It started with a personal health experience.

In 2019, at age 27, Trifon experienced recurring prostatitis, inflammation of the prostate.
