xHeal v2 launches on iOS in the European Union and the United States on July 20. Before launch, we want to show the product through the everyday journeys it supports rather than through a long list of disconnected features.

1. Connect the context you choose

Guided setup collects your profile, preferences, goals, pace, selected conditions, and enabled health areas. On iOS, you can grant access to supported Apple Health data and request a historical import.

You remain in control of those permissions. xHeal only receives the Health categories you approve, and access can be changed through iOS settings.

2. Understand today and decide what to do

Today's Snapshot brings Body, Mind, and Food into one view. It combines workout readiness, mindfulness readiness, and nutrition summaries so that daily context is easier to scan.

Your routine turns that context into concrete tasks. Routine generation is reproducible and currently uses factors including your pace, selected health conditions, enabled areas, and available nutrition plan data. It is not a diagnosis or a promise of a particular health outcome.

3. Keep a health history you can return to

Timeline brings reports, uploaded documents, Health Stories, and active trackers into a searchable view. You can filter and sort the history while document-processing states remain visible.

Flare-up tracking lets you record an event and explore patterns across your available history. xHeal presents possible associations for investigation, not proven causes.

4. Explore context and prepare next steps

The AI-assisted chat can answer wellness questions, retrieve supported information, and propose confirmable actions such as recording a flare-up or medication. Proposed changes remain visible before they are saved.

Wellness reports use the information you choose to add. Report types can summarize your current information, highlight gaps, explore possible patterns, or help organize context for a healthcare conversation.

One app, with clear boundaries

Nutrition, workouts, mindfulness, Timeline, reports, and chat are connected because health context rarely fits into one category. That connection is the purpose of xHeal v2.

xHeal remains an informational wellness product. It does not diagnose conditions, replace a clinician, or establish that a correlation is a medical cause.

Medical disclaimer: This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, medications, or treatment plan. xHeal is a health tracking and awareness tool, not a diagnostic or treatment platform.
