For xHeal on iOS. Controls and availability can vary by app release; use the explanations and terms shown in your installed version.

Before you start

We recommend reading these guides first:

Choose what to connect from Apple Health

Apple Health can bring supported measurements from your iPhone, Apple Watch and compatible apps into xHeal. The information available depends on the source device, its permissions and the categories it actually writes to Apple Health.

Set up access

  1. Open the Apple Health connection option in xHeal's setup or settings.
  2. Review the iOS permission screen.
  3. Enable the data categories you want to allow, then confirm.
  4. Return to xHeal and check the dates and sources of the information that appears.

Review or change permissions

Open the Apple Health app, find app access under your profile, and choose xHeal. The location of these controls can vary with your iOS version. Read and write permissions are separate.

If information is missing

First check whether that information exists in Apple Health and whether its source has permission to write it there. Then check xHeal's access. Synchronization can be affected by permissions, device state and source availability; it is not a guaranteed real-time feed.

Changing future access does not automatically delete information already imported. Read how data and sharing work or contact support about deletion.

Remember the details that matter.

Add a result, symptom note or change in your routine while it's fresh. Keep it ready for your next appointment.
