Around 80 Demos in One Day: xHeal at Sacred Vitality

I came away from Sacred Vitality genuinely impressed. On 3 October, we took xHeal to the Royal Society of Medicine in London for Sacred Vitality, the longevity conference organised by Levitas Group. The setting was special. The people made the day.
We gave around 80 demos, showing both the xHeal mobile app and Provider Workspace. What stayed with me was not just the number. It was the chance to put the product in front of people working in health every day, watch what caught their attention, and hear their questions directly.
The people made the event
It was a pleasure to meet the whole Levitas Clinic team and spend time with people from BIOGENA, Youth & Earth, London Nootropics, and more. I also met Brent Bruning, founder of The Power in Your Hands and one of the event's speakers.
These were different brands and teams, brought together by an interest in health, wellbeing, and longevity. We were not spending the day only with other software founders. We were talking with the people building products, running practices, and working with clients.
Thank you to everyone who stopped, tried xHeal, and shared their feedback. Those exchanges were the best part of the day.

Around 80 demos, across both sides of xHeal
Throughout the day, we moved between the mobile app and Provider Workspace. Showing them together made the relationship easier to explain.
The app brings a person's health records, wearable data, and daily notes into one place. They can look back through their history, ask questions about the information they have, and prepare for an appointment without relying only on memory.
Provider Workspace brings the practice into that picture. Practitioners can review the reports, wearable trends, and symptom notes a client chooses to share, alongside bookings and documents. The client keeps control of what crosses into the appointment.
We covered that workflow in more detail in our introduction to Provider Workspace. At Sacred Vitality, we could demonstrate it alongside the app and hear people's reactions in the room.
Another London event, another chance to listen
A few weeks earlier, we had shown xHeal at the Health Optimisation Summit. Sacred Vitality gave us another opportunity to step outside our own working environment and meet people with different experiences of health and care.
Explaining a feature on a website is one thing. Showing it to someone, seeing where they pause, and hearing what they ask next is different. Those conversations help us understand how the product fits into a person's day or a practice's existing work.
The feedback on both the app and the workspace was excellent. I left encouraged by the response and grateful that so many people gave us their time during a packed event.
Thank you, Sacred Vitality
Thank you to Levitas Group and the whole Levitas Clinic team for bringing everyone together at the Royal Society of Medicine. And thank you to the people and brands we met. I left London energised by the conversations and excited to keep building xHeal.
