xHeal includes 6 science-backed breathing patterns: Box Breathing (4-4-4-4 for focus and calm), 4-7-8 Breathing (inhale 4, hold 7, exhale 8 for sleep and anxiety), Coherent Breathing (5-second inhales and exhales for HRV optimization), Energizing Breath (quick inhales, longer exhales for alertness), Calming Breath (extended exhales for parasympathetic activation), and Custom Pattern (create your own).

Mood Check-Ins
