Vitals Overview

Your Health Metrics Dashboard

xHeal tracks over 50 different health metrics, organized into categories for easy navigation. Access your vitals by tapping the Vitals tab or selecting a metric from your Dashboard.

Metric Categories

Activity

Steps, Distance, Active Energy Burned, Exercise Minutes, Stand Hours, and Flights Climbed.

Heart

Heart Rate (current, resting, walking average), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Blood Pressure.

Body

Weight, Body Fat Percentage, BMI, and Body Temperature.

Sleep

Sleep Duration, Sleep Stages (REM, Deep, Light, Awake), and Sleep Quality Score.

Respiratory

Respiratory Rate and Blood Oxygen (SpO2).

Lab Results

Blood Glucose, Cholesterol Panel, Complete Blood Count, Metabolic Panel, and many more from uploaded lab reports.

Viewing Vital Details

Tap any metric to see its detailed view with Current Value, Trend Chart (7/30/90 days), Statistics (average, min, max), Healthy Range for your age/sex, and Related Insights from AI.

Pinning Favorite Vitals

Navigate to any vital detail page, tap the pin icon in the top right, and pinned vitals appear at the top of your Vitals tab.

Adding Manual Readings

Go to the vital detail page, tap Add Reading, enter the value and timestamp, and tap Save. Manual readings sync to Apple Health if enabled.

Understanding Your Ranges

Green means within optimal range, Yellow means slightly outside optimal, Orange needs attention, and Red is significantly outside healthy range. Ranges are personalized based on your age, sex, and health conditions.
