xHeal nutrition dashboard showing remaining calories, macronutrients, and meal logging

You logged another meal. But you still need to decide what to eat next.

calculate

Tracking stops at the total

A calorie dashboard can show what already happened. It does not automatically turn your targets into breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the week ahead.

no_meals

Generic plans do not fit

A plan falls apart when it ignores allergies, dietary restrictions, the foods you dislike, or the ingredients you can realistically use.

splitscreen

Nutrition becomes another silo

Food, workouts, mood, wearable signals, and health records often live in separate apps, leaving you to keep the wider picture in your head.

From nutrition targets to a week you can follow

01

Set what matters to you

Choose your calorie and macro targets, eating style, allergies, restrictions, favorite foods, and ingredients you would rather avoid.

02

Generate your seven-day plan

xHeal selects meals from its recipe catalog and builds a full week around those requirements, with daily nutrition totals.

03

Swap, shop, and track

Replace meals that do not fit, use the aggregated shopping list, log meals by photo or manual macros, and follow daily progress.

Planning for real preferences and real weeks

Allergies

Can a plan respect my allergies?

Allergies and dietary restrictions are used as exclusions when xHeal selects recipes for the plan.

Preferences

What if I dislike half the ingredients?

Mark ingredients and foods you like or dislike so the generated week better reflects what you will actually eat.

Meal swaps

Can I change a meal without rebuilding everything?

Swap a planned meal for an alternative while keeping the rest of the week in place.

Shopping

How do I turn the plan into groceries?

xHeal aggregates the ingredients from your active plan into a single shopping list.

Photo logging

Can I log a meal without searching a database?

Photograph a meal for an AI estimate of foods, portions, calories, and macros, then edit the resulting log if needed.

One workspace

Where does nutrition fit with the rest of my health?

Nutrition lives in xHeal beside workout readiness, mood, wearable vitals, records, and labs instead of requiring another disconnected account.

Trackers tell you what you ate. xHeal builds what to do next.

MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, and Lifesum are strong trackers. xHeal goes from targets to action: it builds a seven-day plan around allergies, restrictions, macros, and preferences, lets you swap meals, and turns the active plan into a shopping list.

Less time deciding. More meals that fit.

Having my targets, plan, recipes, and shopping list together makes the week much easier to prepare for.

Steve R.Steve R., 43

The useful part is being able to set my restrictions and preferences before the plan is generated, not fix every meal afterward.

Amy H.Amy H., 30

I can see my nutrition next to the rest of my health information without maintaining another disconnected app.

Nutrition guidance with clear boundaries

Recipe nutrition comes from ingredient data

Recipe calories and macros are calculated from the underlying USDA-based ingredient data rather than invented by a language model.

Restrictions are applied before selection

Allergies and dietary restrictions filter ingredient and recipe choices when the weekly plan is built.

Targets stay editable

You can review and change calorie and macro targets instead of treating an initial estimate as a prescription.

Informational, not medical nutrition therapy

xHeal supports planning and tracking but does not diagnose deficiencies or replace a registered dietitian or clinician.

About nutrition planning

The plan uses your calorie and macro targets, eating style, allergies, dietary restrictions, liked and disliked ingredients, food preferences, and plan-diversity settings.

You can log calories and macros manually or use photo analysis to estimate foods, portions, calories, and macros. Database search and barcode lookup are not currently part of the completed logging flow.

The current dashboard and logs focus on calories and the main macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Use a specialist nutrient tracker if detailed micronutrient analysis is your main goal.

xHeal can read compatible water-intake data from Apple Health as a vital, but it does not currently provide a dedicated hydration logger, goals, reminders, or hydration dashboard.

No. Meal plans are informational wellness tools based on the preferences and targets you provide. Consult a qualified professional for medical nutrition therapy, pregnancy, eating disorders, or condition-specific dietary care.
