Review your settings
Open Settings in your app to review your account, preferences and available connection controls. Labels and options can vary by release.
Profile and permissions
Keep the health details you supply current. Review Apple Health access in iOS and notification permissions separately from your xHeal profile.
Records and sharing
Review uploaded records in Timeline. Importing information is separate from granting a connected clinic access. Revoking live access cannot recall a report someone has already exported or received.
Exports and deletion
Use the controls available in your app or contact support to request access, export or deletion. The Privacy Policy explains retention obligations and exceptions. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
