Working Through Your Tasks

Each day, your Routine tab shows the tasks you need to complete. Here is how to work through them efficiently.

Viewing Your Tasks

Open the Routine tab to see today tasks organized by time of day. Each task shows its icon and name, estimated time to complete, and completion status.

Completing a Task

  1. Tap on any task to open it
  2. Follow the prompts or enter the required data
  3. Tap Complete or Done
  4. The task will be marked with a checkmark

Task Types

Meal Tasks let you log meals using photo analysis, searching the food database, logging from your meal plan, or quick-logging saved meals. Workout Tasks show suggested workouts with exercise instructions and set/rep/weight logging. Medication Tasks let you confirm medication taken with time and optional side effect notes. Mindfulness Tasks include guided breathing and mood check-ins. Self-Assessment Tasks cover pain levels, energy levels, symptom tracking, and flare-up logging.

Skipping Tasks

Skip Today means the task will appear again tomorrow. Skip Indefinitely removes it from your routine until you manually add it back. Try to maintain at least 80% completion for the best results.

Progress Calendar

At the top of the Routine tab, you will see a weekly calendar showing green dots for completed days, partial fills for some tasks done, and empty circles for incomplete days.

Building Your Streak

Complete all your tasks for the day to maintain your streak: 7-day streak earns Bronze badge plus bonus Orbs, 30-day streak earns Silver badge plus more Orbs, and 90-day streak earns Gold badge plus significant Orbs reward.
