Your Personalized Daily Routine

xHeal creates a customized daily routine tailored to your health goals, conditions, and preferences. Your routine includes tasks for nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, medications, and self-care.

Initial Setup

Step 1: Select Your Goals

Choose what you want to focus on: weight loss or gain, build muscle or improve fitness, manage chronic condition, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, or general wellness.

Step 2: Add Health Conditions

Select any conditions you are managing such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, or anxiety/depression. xHeal uses this to customize recommendations.

Step 3: Set Your Pace

Choose your preferred intensity: Steady (fewer tasks, build habits slowly), Balanced (moderate number, recommended for most), or Intense (more tasks for faster progress).

Step 4: Choose Week Start Day

Select whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday for weekly progress tracking.

Routine Structure

Your daily routine is organized by time of day. Morning tasks include vitals check, breakfast logging, and supplements. Afternoon tasks include lunch logging, midday medications, and activity reminders. Evening tasks include dinner logging, evening medications, mood check-in, mindfulness practice, and sleep preparation.

Modifying Your Routine

Go to the Routine tab, tap the gear icon, adjust goals, conditions, or pace as needed, and tap Regenerate Routine to apply changes.

Tip: Start with Steady pace if you are new to health tracking. It is better to build consistent habits with fewer tasks than to overwhelm yourself.
