What is the xHeal Score?

The xHeal Score is a comprehensive wellness metric that combines data from all aspects of your health into a single number from 0-100. Think of it as your overall health grade - higher is better.

How It is Calculated

Your xHeal Score is a weighted combination of your four domain scores: Fitness Score (25%) for activity levels, workout consistency, and cardiovascular fitness; Medical Score (25%) for vital signs, lab results, and medication adherence; Mental Score (25%) for sleep quality, stress levels, and mood stability; and Nutrition Score (25%) for diet quality, macro balance, and hydration.

Score Ranges

80-100 is Excellent, 60-79 is Good, 40-59 is Fair, and 0-39 Needs Work.

Viewing Score Details

Tap your xHeal Score on the Dashboard to see score breakdown by domain, trend over time, top factors helping your score, areas with improvement potential, and personalized recommendations.

What Affects Your Score

Positive factors include consistent sleep (7-9 hours), regular physical activity, completing Daily Routine tasks, balanced nutrition, mindfulness practice, and vital signs in healthy ranges. Negative factors include poor or irregular sleep, sedentary behavior, high stress indicators, missed medications, skipped meals, and elevated vital signs.
