Quick Access to What Matters

With 50+ health metrics available, you do not want to scroll through everything to find the ones you check daily. Pinning lets you customize which vitals appear at the top.

How to Pin a Vital

  1. Navigate to the vital you want to pin
  2. Tap to open its detail view
  3. Tap the pin icon in the top right corner
  4. The vital is now pinned in your Favorites section

Managing Pinned Vitals

Your pinned metrics appear at the very top in the Favorites section, showing current value, mini trend indicator, and status color. To reorder, tap Edit in the Favorites section, drag vitals to reorder, and tap Done. To unpin, tap the pin icon again or tap Edit and use the minus icon.

Suggested Vitals to Pin

For General Wellness: Steps, Sleep Duration, Resting Heart Rate, and Weight. For Fitness Focus: Active Energy, Exercise Minutes, HRV, and VO2 Max. For Chronic Condition Management: Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Heart Rate, and Sleep Quality. For Mental Wellness: HRV, Sleep Duration, Mood Score, and Mindful Minutes.

Tip: Start with 4-6 pinned vitals. Too many defeats the purpose of having quick access to the most important ones.
