Understanding Health Indicators
Beyond Raw Numbers
Health indicators are calculated metrics that combine multiple data points to give you meaningful insights about your health status. They are more actionable than individual vital signs.
Types of Health Indicators
Composite Scores
Sleep Quality Score combines duration, efficiency, stages, and consistency. Recovery Score combines HRV, resting HR, sleep, and activity balance. Stress Index analyzes HRV patterns, heart rate, and sleep disruption. Fitness Level considers activity trends, workout performance, and recovery.
Risk Indicators
Cardiovascular Risk is based on blood pressure, heart rate trends, and activity. Metabolic Health considers blood glucose patterns, weight trends, and activity. Inflammation Markers include HRV depression, elevated resting HR, and poor sleep.
Trend Alerts
Notifications when metrics show concerning patterns like sustained elevation in resting heart rate, declining HRV over multiple days, sleep duration consistently below target, or blood pressure trending upward.

Acting on Indicators
Green (Optimal) means keep doing what you are doing. Yellow (Attention) is not urgent but worth monitoring. Orange (Caution) means take action soon. Red (Alert) requires immediate attention - consider consulting a healthcare provider.
Important: Health indicators are informational tools, not medical diagnoses. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
