Multiple ways to log: Photo Analysis (AI estimates calories/macros), Manual Search (1M+ foods database), From Meal Plan (one-tap logging), Recent Foods (quick-log frequent items), and Barcode Scan.

Calorie Tracker

Tap Log Food, Take Photo, photograph your meal, AI identifies foods and estimates portions, review and adjust, then confirm to log.

Macro Targets

Set personalized daily targets for calories based on your goals, protein target (typically 0.8-1.2g per pound), and carb/fat distribution based on diet type.

Shopping List

When you activate a meal plan, ingredients are automatically aggregated, you can check off items as you shop, and it is organized by grocery store section.
