Before you start

We recommend reading these guides first:

Personalized Meal Planning

xHeal meal planning feature creates a complete weekly meal plan tailored to your dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional goals.

Getting Started

Go to the Nutrition section, tap Create Meal Plan or Generate Plan, and follow the setup wizard.

Step 1: Dietary Preferences

Select your eating style: Standard (no restrictions), Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Keto (very low carb), Low Carb, Mediterranean, or Paleo.

Step 2: Allergies and Restrictions

Mark any foods to avoid: Gluten, Dairy, Nuts, Eggs, Soy, Shellfish, and more.

Step 3: Ingredient Preferences

The swipe feature helps xHeal understand your tastes. Swipe right for likes, left for dislikes. Aim to swipe through 30-50 ingredients for best results.

Step 4: Macro Targets

Confirm or adjust your daily targets for Calories (based on goals), Protein, Carbs, and Fat.

Step 5: Generate Your Plan

Tap Generate Plan and wait while xHeal creates your personalized 7-day meal plan (30-60 seconds).

Reviewing Your Plan

You will see 7 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with daily calorie and macro totals. Each recipe shows prep time and difficulty.

Customizing Your Plan

To swap recipes, tap any meal you do not like, tap Swap Recipe, and choose from alternatives or search the catalog. You can also adjust portions by tapping the meal.

Activating Your Plan

Tap Activate Plan when ready. Your plan is now live, meals appear in your Daily Routine, and the shopping list generates automatically.

Plan Costs

Free plan requires 100 Orbs per plan. Basic subscription includes unlimited plans.

Tip: Generate your meal plan on Saturday or Sunday so you can shop and prep before the week starts.
