Tracking Workout Progress
See Your Fitness Gains
Consistent tracking reveals your progress over time. xHeal automatically records your workout history and highlights personal achievements.
Workout History
Go to Workout section, tap History, and browse past sessions by date.
Session Details
Tap any past workout to see all exercises performed, sets/reps/weights, total volume and duration, notes, and heart rate data.
Personal Records
xHeal automatically tracks PRs: 1RM (One Rep Max) is heaviest weight for one rep, Volume PR is most total weight in a workout, and Reps PR is most reps at a given weight. View PRs in Workout, Progress, Personal Records, browsing by exercise. When you hit a new PR, xHeal shows a celebration, marks it in history, and awards bonus Orbs.
Exercise Progress Charts
Go to Progress, tap Exercise Progress, select an exercise, and view charts showing weight and rep progression.
Volume Tracking
Total volume equals weight times reps times sets. Track weekly volume, volume by muscle group, and volume trends for progressive overload.
Workout Frequency
Monitor workouts per week, streak of consecutive workout weeks, and distribution by workout type.
Body Measurements
Track physical changes alongside workout progress including weight, body measurements (arms, chest, waist), and progress photos if enabled.
Setting Goals
Go to Progress, tap Set Goal, choose exercise and target, and optionally set deadline. xHeal tracks progress and notifies when achieved.
Sharing Progress
Export progress reports as PDF, share PR achievements to social media, and send summaries to trainers.
Key Principle: Progressive overload is the foundation of strength gains. Aim to gradually increase weight, reps, or volume over time.
