Workout Dashboard

The workout section shows Body Today / Readiness (your recovery status and workout recommendation), Recommended Workout (AI-selected based on readiness and goals), Recent Sessions (your workout history), and Progress Stats (volume, frequency, personal records).

Readiness Score

Before suggesting a workout, xHeal calculates your readiness based on sleep quality and duration, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, recent workout volume, and reported fatigue or soreness. Readiness determines whether you should push hard, do moderate exercise, or focus on recovery.

Following a Workout

  1. View your recommended workout or choose from the library
  2. Tap Start Workout
  3. Follow along with each exercise
  4. Log sets, reps, and weights as you go
  5. Complete the session and see your summary

Workout Types

Strength Training includes resistance exercises with weight tracking. Cardio includes running, cycling, rowing. HIIT is high-intensity interval training. Flexibility includes stretching and mobility work. Recovery includes light movement and foam rolling.

Tracking Progress

xHeal tracks Personal Records (your best lifts), Volume Trends (total weight per week), Consistency (workout frequency), and Exercise History (performance on individual exercises).

Apple Health Integration

Completed workouts automatically sync to Apple Health including workout type and duration, calories burned, and heart rate data if wearing Apple Watch.
